Mindful Walking

Mindfulness is simply the practice of bringing intentionality and attention to the present moment.

That may sound simple, but sometimes the noise and static of our lives can seep inside of us, making mindfulness elusive.

Mindful walking is a great way to break out of that rut.

Plus, once you get a feel for it, you can do it whenever you have a short amount of time; even just walking from the grocery store to your car is enough time!
